01前期研究与任务书 Intelligence & brief+
Site and feasibility intelligence, development objectives, stakeholder requirements, precedent research and a coordinated client brief. Specialist land, planning, legal and cost advice is commissioned where required.
02设计方向与研究 Design direction & research+
Spatial ambition, design research, material narratives, ESG and energy objectives. Any regulated architectural design is led and delivered by the appointed registered professional.
03信息与团队协同 BIM & team coordination+
Revit/BIM and ACC information coordination, consultant assembly, shared information standards, issue tracking and international team coordination within the appointed professionals’ responsibilities.
04本地项目接口 Local project interface+
Chinese client interface, supplier and material research, local meeting coordination and construction/design information coordination. Contractual and statutory professional duties stay with the appropriately appointed professionals.

Architecture between places.
Justin Kleynhans 孔嘉德是一位南非建筑设计师。他与中国的联系始于比勒陀利亚中文学校；此后，他的职业道路延伸至南非与德国的建筑及可持续发展实践。
Justin Kleynhans 孔嘉德 is a South African architectural designer whose relationship with China began at Pretoria Chinese School and whose professional career later took him through architectural and sustainability practice in South Africa and Germany.
他拥有建筑学专业硕士学位，使用 Revit 超过十年，经验涵盖设计、BIM、遗产保护、预制建造、可持续发展、ESG 及复杂的多专业协作项目。他创立中南友好建筑工作室，源于一个简单的理念：国际建筑实践需要在不同地方之间建立理解，而不仅是翻译语言。
With a professional master's degree in architecture, more than a decade working in Revit and experience spanning design, BIM, heritage, prefabrication, sustainability, ESG and complex multidisciplinary projects, he founded 中南友好建筑工作室 around a simple proposition: international architecture needs translation between places, not only languages.
工作室将南非本地建筑知识带入连接中国与非洲的项目，贯通场地、文化、技术、设计意图与本地交付。
The studio brings South African architectural intelligence to projects connecting China and Africa—bridging site, culture, technology, design intent and local delivery.
孔嘉德不以代表中国自居。
他带来的是南非的视角。孔嘉德 doesn't claim to speak for China. He brings South Africa to the table.
